For practices selling implants, orthodontics and cosmetic work
Dental marketing measured in booked consultations, not clicks
High-value dental treatment is a slow, nervous decision, and most of the money is lost between the enquiry and the chair. We work the whole path — found on Google, convinced on the page, booked, and then actually turning up.
No commitment and no lock-in. If your diary is already full, we will tell you not to spend.

Where a dental practice actually loses the money
Practices tend to think they have a marketing problem. Usually they have a conversion problem: the enquiries arrive and leak out before anyone sits in the chair.
- Enquiries a month
- 60
- Answered within the hour
- 40%
- Consultations actually booked
- 18
- Lost before anyone sat down
- 42 a month
Those forty-two already found you, already clicked, and in most practices already cost money to acquire. Fixing the response time is cheaper than buying more of them and it works the same week.
The four leaks we find in nearly every practice:
Nobody answers in under an hour
Someone deciding on implants is enquiring at three practices on the same evening. The first to call back books the consultation. Reception is busy with the people in front of them, and that is entirely understandable — which is why it needs a system, not goodwill.
One page for every treatment
Implants, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry are three different patients with three different worries and three different budgets. A single “Treatments” page answers none of them properly.
Price is invisible
The first thing a patient wants to know is roughly what it costs, and the sector systematically refuses to say. You do not need a rate card — a range, what it depends on, and whether you offer finance removes the biggest reason people do not enquire.
Nobody measures past the click
The ad platform reports form fills. It cannot tell you which of those became a consultation or a treatment plan. Without connecting the practice software back, you are optimising towards the wrong thing.
Three things we hear from practice owners
“We get patients by word of mouth, we do not need advertising.”
Word of mouth is the best channel there is and it has a ceiling: it grows at the speed of your existing patients. The person who moved into the area last month has nobody to ask. They search instead.
“We tried Google Ads and it just brought time-wasters.”
Almost always because the campaign was aimed at broad terms like “dentist” rather than at the treatment you actually want to sell, and because nothing filtered the enquiry before it reached reception. Both are fixable, and both are the agency’s fault rather than yours.
“Advertising health services here is too restricted to bother.”
It is regulated, not forbidden, and the rules are workable once you know them: no guaranteed outcomes, no misleading before-and-after, professional registration visible. We work inside that and it is rarely the thing holding a practice back.
How we work with a practice
Starting with the leak, because buying more enquiries before fixing it just makes the leak more expensive.
The response path first
How fast an enquiry gets answered, by whom, and what happens if it comes in at nine at night. Calls tracked, WhatsApp handled, out-of-hours covered. This usually produces more consultations than any campaign.
Google Business Profile and reviews
For a local practice this brings more enquiries than the website. Categories, treatments listed, current photos, and a routine for asking for reviews at the point the patient is happiest.
A page per treatment, written for the patient’s worry
Implants, orthodontics, cosmetic. What it involves, what it costs roughly, how long it takes, what the recovery is like. Each one answering the search that brings that patient.
Campaigns on the treatments worth selling
Paid search aimed at high-value treatment terms rather than generic ones, with the landing page matching the search and the enquiry tracked through to the consultation.
Measuring consultations, not form fills
Cost per booked consultation and, where the practice software allows, per treatment plan accepted. That is the number that tells you whether to spend more.
What is included
Everything between someone searching and someone sitting in the chair.
Treatment pages that answer the real question
One per treatment you want to sell, written rather than templated, with price ranges and finance where you offer it.
Google Business Profile and review system
Worked properly, with a routine that actually produces reviews instead of hoping for them.
Campaigns on the treatments that pay
Google and, where it fits, Meta — aimed at treatments with margin rather than at the word “dentist”.
Call and enquiry tracking
So you can see which channel produced which consultation, including the ones that arrive by phone.
A monthly report in consultations
Enquiries, consultations booked, cost per consultation, and what we changed. One page.
It depends on how many treatments and locations, and on the state of the website. You get the number in writing after the free audit, with no lock-in.
Get a free auditWhat we commit to
After the audit we agree a target with you in writing: a number of measured consultations at six months. If we do not reach it, we carry on without charging for the management until we do. At ninety days there is a checkpoint with the data in front of you and you can stop with no penalty.
Three conditions, and all three are on your side:
- Measurement is installed from day one, calls included.
- Enquiries get answered the same day, ideally within the hour.
- We can publish the treatment pages on the dates we agree.
The response-time condition is the one that decides the result. A high-value dental enquiry goes to three practices at once, and the first callback wins it. No campaign can compensate for a next-day reply.

It works well if
- You sell treatments with real margin — implants, orthodontics, cosmetic work.
- Someone can answer an enquiry within the hour during opening times.
- You have capacity to take more patients.
- You are willing to be clearer about price than the sector usually is.
It does not, if
- Your diary is already full. Save the money.
- Enquiries sit unanswered for days. Advertising will only make that more expensive.
- You want guaranteed outcomes advertised. That is not legal and we will not do it.
- You are looking for the cheapest supplier. There is always a cheaper one.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly do we need to answer enquiries?
Within the hour during opening times, and the same working day at worst. Someone researching implants enquires at two or three practices the same evening and books with whoever calls back first. It is the single biggest lever in dental marketing and it costs nothing.
Can we advertise prices and before-and-after photos?
Prices, yes, and we recommend at least a range — it removes the main reason people do not enquire. Before-and-after imagery is restricted in most jurisdictions and the rules are specific about consent, representativeness and disclaimers. We work inside whatever applies where you are rather than pretend it does not exist.
Google Ads or SEO?
Usually both, starting with Ads. Paid search brings consultations the week it goes live, which pays for the slower work; SEO and the Business Profile then reduce what you have to pay per patient over the following months. If the budget only covers one, we will tell you which based on your treatments and your competition.
We have several locations. Does that change things?
Yes, and mostly in your favour. Each location needs its own Business Profile and its own page, and campaigns should be split so you can see which site is actually filling. Practices with several locations often run one shared budget and have no idea which one is carrying it.
Can you measure through to the treatment, not just the enquiry?
Where the practice management software allows it, yes — that is the difference between knowing your cost per enquiry and knowing your cost per accepted treatment plan. It takes some setup and it is worth it, because enquiries for different treatments are worth wildly different amounts.
How long before we see new patients?
From paid campaigns, within the first week or two. From the Business Profile, often within weeks. From the website itself, three to six months. The honest sequence is fast money first, then building the part that lowers your cost per patient permanently.

Give us your website and tell us which treatments you want more of. We will look at how you appear for those searches, how your Business Profile compares with the practices around you, and where enquiries are leaking. We will come back either way.
