Websites in two languages that you can actually edit yourself
Fast, bilingual, and handed over with the keys. You get the hosting, the domain and the logins in your name, and a site where changing a price does not need a quote. Built to be found on Google, not to win an award.
Fixed price and a written timeline, both agreed before we start.

What a slow, half-translated website costs you
A website does not fail loudly. It just quietly converts worse than it should, month after month, and because nobody is measuring it, nobody notices.
- Visits a month
- 1,200
- Enquiries at the rate a slow site converts
- 12
- Enquiries at the rate a fast, clear one does
- 30
- Enquiries lost over a year
- 216
Same traffic, same business, same money spent getting people there. The difference is entirely in what happens when they arrive.
Why people usually come to us:
The person who built it has vanished
No logins, no idea where the hosting is, no way to change anything. It is the most common story we hear, and it is why we hand over every credential in your name at the end, whether you plan to use them or not.
It looks fine and sells nothing
A nice-looking site with no phone number above the fold, no clear next step, and a contact form nobody has tested since 2019. Design that does not convert is decoration you paid for.
It is slow on a phone
Most of your visitors are on a mobile, outdoors, on patchy 4G. A site that takes six seconds loses most of them before they see anything — and Google knows it is slow, so it ranks it lower too.
The English version is an afterthought
Half-translated, or done by a plugin, or on a URL Google ignores. If half your market reads English, the English version is not a bolt-on, it is half the website.
Every change costs money
When updating an opening time needs a developer, the site slowly goes out of date, and an out-of-date site costs you enquiries. We build it so you can change text, prices and photos without us.
Three things worth getting straight before you commission anything
“We just need it to look modern.”
Looking modern is the easy part and it is not what earns the money. What earns it is the phone number where a thumb can reach it, a page for each thing you sell, and a site that loads on hotel wifi. We will make it look good, but we will argue with you if looking good costs you enquiries.
“We will do the English version later.”
Later usually means a plugin translation bolted on in a hurry, which Google either ignores or treats as duplicate content. Building both languages from the start costs far less than retrofitting one, and it is the difference between appearing for half your market and appearing for all of it.
“A redesign will improve our Google rankings.”
It can — or it can wipe out years of rankings in a week, if nobody maps the old URLs to the new ones. That redirect work is the least glamorous part of the project and the one that decides whether you wake up to a disaster. We plan it first, not last.
How the project runs
Fixed price, fixed dates, agreed in writing before anybody starts.
Scope and quote
We agree the pages, the languages, whether there is a shop, and what you want it to do. You get a fixed price and a timeline. No hourly surprises.
Structure and copy
What pages exist and what each one says, before a single design. Most projects that drag on drag on because this step got skipped.
Design, then build
You see it and sign it off before it is built. Changes at this point cost nothing; changes after the build cost everyone time.
Launch, with the boring bits done
Redirects from every old URL, tracking, cookie consent, sitemap, Search Console. This is the step that gets skipped elsewhere, and skipping it is how a redesign loses years of Google rankings overnight.
Handover, properly
A walkthrough so you can edit your own site, and every login in your name: domain, hosting, CMS, Analytics, Search Console. You can walk away from us the day after launch and nothing breaks.
What is included
All of it in the fixed price. None of it quoted as an extra once you have committed.
A bilingual site done properly
Separate URLs per language, hreflang tags between them, and the English written rather than translated. Both versions equally complete — not a full Spanish site with four English pages hanging off it.
Speed as a requirement, not a nice-to-have
Built for a phone on a bad connection first. Images in modern formats, no bloated page builders, no twelve plugins doing what CSS does. Speed is a ranking factor and a conversion factor at the same time.
Tracking and consent from day one
Analytics, Search Console and conversion tracking on every form, call and WhatsApp click, plus a cookie banner that meets what is required here. Launching without this makes the first months unmeasurable, and you never get them back.
Written so it can be found
A page for each thing you sell, titled the way people search for it, in both languages. Most redesigns lose traffic because nobody thought about this until after launch. We do it before.
Everything in your name
Domain, hosting, CMS, Analytics, Search Console. Yours from day one, not transferred if you ask nicely.
The price depends on the number of pages and whether there is a shop or anything bespoke. You get it closed before we start, with the timeline in writing.
Get a quote for my websiteFixed price, fixed dates, and what happens if we slip
You get the price and the delivery date in writing before anybody starts, and the price does not move unless you change the scope — in which case we requote before doing the work, not after. If we miss an agreed date for a reason that is ours, you do not pay for that stage.
Three conditions, and all three are on your side:
- Text, photos and logins reach us on the dates we agree.
- Sign-offs come back within a few working days, from one person who can decide.
- Scope changes go through a requote rather than arriving as “just one small thing”.
Honestly, the variable is almost never us. Projects slip because the content and the sign-offs take longer than anyone expected. We put the dates that depend on you in the plan so you can see which ones they are.

It works well if
- Your current site is slow, hard to change, or embarrassing to send to a customer.
- You sell to English and Spanish speakers and want both done properly.
- You want to be able to change text and prices yourself.
- You care what the site brings in, not just what it looks like.
It does not, if
- What you actually need is fixing the site you have. We will tell you when that is the better spend, and it often is.
- You want the cheapest possible site. There is always somebody cheaper, and you get what that pays for.
- You want a big custom application rather than a website. That is a different job and a different supplier.
- Nobody at your end can supply the content or approve anything for weeks at a time.
Frequently asked questions
WordPress or something else?
It depends on what you need. WordPress if you want to add and edit a lot yourself and the site will keep growing. A static site if speed matters more than daily editing — that is what our own website is, and it is why it loads the way it does. We will recommend one and tell you the trade-off rather than default to whatever we prefer building.
Can you do an online shop?
Yes, WooCommerce or Shopify depending on volume, catalogue and how much you want to manage yourself. We will also be honest if what you actually need is a good brochure site with a proper enquiry flow, which for a lot of service businesses sells more than a shop nobody buys from.
How long does it take?
A straightforward bilingual site is typically four to six weeks from having the content. The variable is almost never us — it is how fast the text, the photos and the sign-offs come back. We put the dates in writing and tell you which ones depend on you.
What if I want to keep my current site and just improve it?
Often the right answer, and cheaper. If the platform is not the problem, fixing speed, structure, the English version and the tracking on the site you have is better value than starting again. We will tell you which of the two you are looking at after we have seen it.
Who writes the text?
We do, in both languages, unless you would rather write it. What we need from you is the substance — what you sell, what you charge, what makes you different, what your customers always ask. We cannot invent that and we will not pretend to.
Will my Google rankings survive the rebuild?
If the redirects are done properly, yes, and usually they improve because the new site is faster and better structured. If somebody rebuilds your site without mapping the old URLs, you can lose most of your organic traffic in a week and it is painful to get back. It is the first thing we plan, not the last.
